4. Products & Orders

  • All products, including children’s food supplements, tableware, household goods, second-hand books, and art supplies, are subject to availability.

  • We aim to provide accurate product information but cannot guarantee that descriptions, images, or prices are completely error-free.

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product. A binding contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

 

 

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods provided on our website.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved third-party providers. We do not store full card details.

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

 

 

6. Delivery & Shipping 

  • Orders are shipped within the UK only.

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48-hour delivery service.

  • Standard delivery is estimated within 48 hours from dispatch.

  • Shipping times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct; we are not liable for missed or returned deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the total order value:

  • Orders weighing 2kg or less:
     A delivery charge of £3.99 applies to orders up to £50.
     Orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.

  • Orders weighing over 2kg:
     A delivery charge of £5.99 applies to orders up to £80.
     Orders over £80 qualify for free delivery.

Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to purchase. We reserve the right to amend delivery charges at any time.

 

 

7. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

  • Most goods are covered by a 14-day cooling-off period under UK consumer law.

  • Supplements may not be refundable once opened for hygiene reasons.

  • Tableware, household goods, second-hand books, and art supplies are fully returnable within 30 days of receipt, unless stated otherwise.

  • To request a return or cancellation, contact hello@goody-goody.uk with your order details.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Custom or personalised items may only be refunded if faulty or damaged.

8. Supplements Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • GOODY-GOODY sells food supplements, not medicines. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Always read product labels, dosage instructions, and NRV guidance. Supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Adult supervision is recommended when used by children.

  • Our liability for any loss or damage arising from use of our products or website is limited to the purchase price of the product, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
