Shipping Policy

We currently ship exclusively within the UK.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48-hour delivery service. Delivery is estimated within 48 hours from dispatch.

Shipping times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as we are not liable for missed or returned deliveries due to incorrect information.

 

 

What are the delivery costs?
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and total spend:

  • Orders under 2kg
     £3.99 delivery on orders up to £50
     Free delivery on orders over £50

  • Orders over 2kg
     £5.99 delivery on orders up to £80
     Free delivery on orders over £80
