Who is GOODY-GOODY?

We are a UK-based company on a mission to make eating at the table a joyful experience for families.

To help get the good stuff in, we create children’s food supplements and offer tableware designed to bring added fun. We also sell art supplies and second-hand books - all things that can be enjoyed around the table, even when it’s not feeding time.

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add your chosen products to your basket, and complete checkout using the available payment methods. Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments or approved providers.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.

Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48-hour delivery service. Delivery is estimated within 48 hours from dispatch.

Shipping times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as we are not liable for missed or returned deliveries due to incorrect information.

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and total spend:

Orders under 2kg
£3.99 delivery on orders up to £50
Free delivery on orders over £50

Orders over 2kg
£5.99 delivery on orders up to £80
Free delivery on orders over £80

Can I return my order?

Supplements:
Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements unless the item is faulty.

Tableware and other goods:
Returnable within 30 days of receipt.

To request a return, please email hello@goody-goody.uk. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing without your consent.

Why is the product for ages 4-10?

This product is designed to support children’s nutrition during primary school years, helping to fill common nutritional gaps that can arise with busy routines.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

What does “gentle blend” mean?

Our formula is carefully balanced to support growth without overwhelming young bodies. We use high-quality vitamin forms designed to complement a healthy diet.

Can children under 4 take it?

We recommend use from age 4 and above. For younger children, please consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before use.

What type of sweetener is used?

We use a small amount of stevia, a plant-based sweetener, to balance the natural tanginess of fruit powders. No added sugar is included.

How should I mix the powder?

Mix into cold foods or drinks such as yoghurt, smoothies, milk, or water.

Avoid heat, as it may reduce the effectiveness of certain vitamins (such as Vitamin C).

No shaking is required - the powder is evenly blended during manufacturing.

What if I lose my scoop?

Don't worry, one serving of our Zingy Vitamin Powder is 3g and you can use a standard kitchen teaspoon measure as a scoop.

Please note that since this is a powder, a slight variation in weight is normal. Our measurements are based on gently levelling off the excess, not compacting the powder. If you want to be precise, you can even weigh the powder on your kitchen scales, as you would when baking.

Can it be used with plant-based yoghurts?

Yes, it works well with coconut, almond, soya, and other plant-based options.

What if my child doesn’t like yoghurt?

The powder can be mixed into smoothies, juice, or water.

Can it be used with other supplements?

Yes, but please check ingredient lists to avoid doubling up on the same vitamins. For personalised advice, consult a healthcare professional.

What are NRVs?

NRV stands for Nutrient Reference Value - a guideline indicating the recommended daily intake of vitamins and minerals. Our formula is designed to support intake without exceeding safe levels.

Where is the product made?

Our powder is manufactured in England at a GMP-compliant facility. All ingredients are tested and supported by certificates of analysis for quality and safety.

Is the product vegan?

Yes, our Zingy Vitamin Powder is fully vegan.

Why does the product include a silica sachet?

The food-grade sachet helps prevent clumping of natural fruit powders. It is not intended for consumption.

Is the packaging sustainable?

We are moving to fully sustainable pouches, and you can refill your tub each month as needed.
