Refund policy

At GOODY-GOODY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and refunds policy ensures clarity and peace of mind for all customers.

1. Returns & Refunds (Supplements)
For GOODY-GOODY supplements purchased online:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, in original packaging, and in its original condition.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@goody-goody.uk with proof of purchase so we can guide you through the process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

2. Returns & Refunds (Tableware)
All GOODY-GOODY tableware items are fully returnable within 30 days of delivery:
Items must be unused, in good condition, and in their original packaging.
Before returning your tableware, please contact hello@goody-goody.uk to receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products
If any GOODY-GOODY product (supplements or tableware) is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement 
Within 14 days of delivery for supplements or 30 days for tableware: You may reject the item and receive a full refund.
After this time: You can request a replacement. If this fails, you may claim a partial or full refund.

4. Refund Processing
Once returned items are received and inspected, we will process your refund if they meet the above conditions.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account.
